Board members oversee farm operations, thus enabling the horses to retire.

Mary and Peter Gregory - The founders and operators of Retirement Home for Horses. For 35 years, they nurtured a dream...then made that dream come true.

Holly Jensen - One of the country's foremost animal activists, Ms. Jensen is involved with many organizations such as the Panther Action Coalition, Friends of the Whales, and Florida Earth first. A registered nurse, she teaches critical care at a Gainesville hospital.

Pam Huizenga - Ms. Huizenga was born and raised in South Florida. She works with various animal and children's organizations. She is on the Advisory Board for the Animal Rights Foundation of Florida, Chairperson of PetSet, a fundraising arm for the Humane Society of Broward County, and is a Director of Florida Wildlife Care. She is also working with an organization called the Global Awareness Institute to preserve the rainforests and jungles of the Peruvian Amazon.

Ted S. Yoho, DVM - Originally from Minnesota, Dr. Yoho earned a degree in animal science and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Florida. He now operates his own veterinary practice, specializing in horses and other large animals.

Nora Cooper Denslow - Lives in Miami, Florida and has worked as a location manger in the film industry for the past 20 years.  She has volunteered for numerous environmental and animal organizations throughout her life and continues her commitment to the welfare of animals.
